請問為什麼還未錄取報名表上就要家長簽名同意書?

Why do we need the parents' agreement even before

being admitted?

因為本營隊報名的手續較為繁雜，必須確定您的報名家長是知情的，避免日後甄選上了家長卻不同意參加

Becuase the formailies is little bit complicated, we have to make sure the parents know about the memebers attending the workshop.

請問繳費方式是什麼?

How to pay for the workshop?

經過篩選錄取之後我們將會寄錄取通知給你，裡面會附上繳費相關辦法

請問報名截止的期限是什麼時候?

When is the deadline of the application?

報名截止的時間是5/23，以郵戳為憑，我們會等大家的作品送來之後才開

始進行遴選

May 23rd.Most be postemarked by May 23rd. We will wait until everyone's work is sent to start the work selection.

請問升高一和高中剛畢業可以參加嗎?

Can high school freshman and fresh graduated students attend for the workshop?

可以，歡迎準高中生與應屆畢業生參加

請問可以直接把報名表送去學校嗎?

Can I send the application to the school on person?

可以，請把要繳交的東西交給我們實踐大學的收發室或是工設系系辦

Yes. The application and the work can be delivered to the mailroom of Shih-Chien University, or to the office of the department of Industrial Design.

*注意收發室開放的時間為8:00~17:00
